Executive Function Help Center Management

Collaborative Team of Professionals:
Educational Psychologists & Researchers
Licensed Mental Health Professionals
Certified Executive Function Coaches
Combined 50+ Years of Experience

"We created the Executive Function Help Center because we believe that every person deserves to understand their brain, access quality support, and develop the skills they need to thrive. No one should struggle alone with executive function challenges when effective help is available."

The Executive Function Help Center was born from the collective experiences of professionals who witnessed the same recurring challenges in their practice. Time and again, they encountered families and individuals struggling to find reliable information and quality support for executive function difficulties.

The turning point came when our team recognized a critical gap in available resources. While excellent executive function coaches and specialists existed, finding them was difficult. Quality information was scattered across academic journals, expensive books, and fragmented websites. Many people were left to navigate these challenges alone.

This recognition sparked our mission to create a comprehensive, accessible resource hub. Our team dedicated themselves to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical, everyday support for executive function challenges.

The Birth of EF Help Center

Our team members, with their combined decades of experience in clinical settings, schools, and private practice, consistently encountered the same challenges across different communities and populations:

The Vision: In 2019, our team came together with a shared vision of creating a comprehensive online resource that would serve as a trusted guide for anyone facing executive function challenges. The Executive Function Help Center was born from this collaborative vision - a place where evidence-based information, practical strategies, and connections to quality professionals could all be found in one accessible location.
